Established in 2002, is owned and managed by the husband and wife team of Socrates and Rhodora "Doyee" Tumapalan. In 2005, the company launched the First Vita Plus Natural Health Drink in Dalandan, the biggest and most phenomenal product to date.

First Vita Plus aims to introduce innovative nutraceutical products that are 100% Filipino made. From health care, it has now expanded to include skin and beauty care, through Herbal Blessings, The Soap Factory etc., and its nutricosmetics line of products.
